Wurlitzer Organ

The WurliTzer organ, which is actually an Artizan Organ with a WurtiTzer operating system installed in it, has not been functional for approximately 40 years. 

An Ontario company called Nickelodeon restored the organ to a fully functioning one. Joan Miller and Family sponsored the restoration of the organ. It was returned to Thunder Bay for the 2019 season.

The organ façade is under restoration.  A volunteer at the Thunder Bay Museum did some of the initial restoration work, while another volunteer is painting scenes of Chippewa Park on the two panels located on the façade.
